Planned this for a while. I knew the roads would be quiet from mid evening due Friday's big event and they were practically deserted. 
Work crew drinks after work. Good idea to have a couple of pints of dutch courage beforehand and also let the traffic die down. Bike behaved itself beautifully.

Beautiful Morning. Not a cloud in the sky and no breeze. Familiar route but at this time of year it all looks fresh and new. Perfect conditions for a reasonable pace. Have to own up, I hammered it on the last 5 miles!
